FCP Academy open for customers
We are excited to announce the launch of FCP Academy, our new interactive training platform designed to make learning simple, accessible, and engaging for our customers.
This summer, we recorded 16 training videos for the Customer Risk Rating (CRR) software at our new Fornebu office in Norway. These videos form the foundation of FCP Academy and are tailored to improve the onboarding experience for our Norwegian customers.
The training program is powered by Trikks interactive learning software, offering a combination of videos, articles, and quizzes. Together, these resources ensure not only a smoother onboarding process but also a deeper understanding of how CRR works—both for our customers and internally within FCP.
And this is just the beginning. Moving forward, we plan to expand FCP Academy with similar training programs covering several of our other products.
With FCP Academy, we are taking an important step toward making knowledge more accessible, improving quality, and helping our customers succeed with FCP solutions.
