The company was looking for a solution that works with the latest AI models, ensures the protection of internal data, and simultaneously establishes the foundation for further AI applications.
The solution
Together with Tietoevry, Delta-Sport developed an internal company chat based on the Tietoevry GenAI Accelerator platform.
The solution combines OpenAI models (o3-mini, o4-mini, GPT-4o) within based in Delta-Sport’s secure Azure tenant with an intuitive chat interface and powerful semantic search. By connecting internal data sources, information retrieval becomes more efficient – a crucial step toward productive AI use in everyday work.
The infrastructure is scalable and also serves as a technological foundation for future AI projects.
